Lianas is an AI assistant with persistent memory. It answers your messages by text or voice, remembers facts from your conversations in a context graph, and can search the web. The free plan includes all features with limited monthly usage; a paid plan with higher limits may be offered later.

The service is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and usage limits may be adjusted over time.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Lianas.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from settings, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy.

You agree not to:

• use the service for illegal purposes or to harm others;
• attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent its security or rate limits;
• access or attempt to access other users' data;
• resell the service or provide automated access to third parties without our agreement;
• abuse the free plan, for example through bulk account creation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Responses are generated by AI language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They are not professional advice: do not rely on Lianas for medical, legal, financial, or other decisions that require a qualified professional. Verify important information before acting on it.

You keep ownership of the content you submit and of your memory graph. You grant us the right to process this content solely to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not use your content to train AI models. You are responsible for the content you submit.

If you configure your own API keys (OpenAI, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, Tavily), your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and pricing. You are responsible for those accounts and any costs they incur. See the transparency report for where your data flows in each configuration.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend it for maintenance or security reasons. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, we disclaim all warranties and our liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence; we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control.

You can export your conversations from the app at any time and are encouraged to keep copies of anything important.

You may stop using Lianas and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice when reasonably possible. If we discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice to export your data.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the competent courts at the seat of Aurioa Tech, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
